These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the products, services, applications, extensions, features, and websites offered by PrepNova ("PrepNova," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to https://www.prepnova.app, the PrepNova Chrome extension, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Services Overview

PrepNova provides intelligent study scheduling, syllabus analysis, quiz generation, performance tracking, and related educational productivity tools powered by AI and associated features. Features may change over time at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account ("Account"). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that are fraudulent or violate these Terms.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate through the Services ("User Content"). You grant PrepNova a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google for authentication, calendar sync). Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms, and we are not responsible for their practices or content.

PrepNova may contain links to external websites or services not operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPNOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PREPNOVA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepNova, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination
